Job description

The Business Analyst will support discovery, requirements definition, process improvement and delivery validation across digital and technology programmes.

Key responsibilities

Facilitate stakeholder workshops and document current-state and target-state processes.
Define functional and non-functional requirements with measurable acceptance criteria.
Support data mapping, integration and workflow discussions with engineering teams.
Maintain assumptions, decisions, dependencies and requirements traceability.
Support testing, business validation and implementation readiness.

Qualifications

3–5 years of business-analysis experience in technology or digital-delivery environments.
Strong requirements, process-mapping and stakeholder communication skills.
Understanding of software delivery, APIs, data flows and system integration.

Preferred qualifications

SQL or data-analysis capability.
Experience with BPMN/UML, Jira and Confluence.
Industry experience aligned to RC client sectors.
